I am having a problem where certain websites do not cme up and redirect me to
res://C:\Windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm.
I have searched about this problem and i have used Hijack This and i am not sure what to delete/fix on the checklist.

Please follow the steps in our Virus and Removal thread HERE.

Attach the logs from Malwarebytes and Superantispyware in your next reply.

Rescan with HijackThis and paste the entire new log in the next reply. This includes the information at the top as well as all the way through the 023 entries.

I will instruct you in what to remove from HijackThis- you're not suppose to remove anything from HJT yourself. The other 2 programs have a line to check for removal of the malware they find- that should be checked but I will guide you after that,.

I suspect you are also running very slow because you are loading so much on startup.
