Trouble commenting or reporting an issue to an article

I'm not able to post a comment to the following article. And clicking the link to watch this topic returns an invalid link. I even looked for a report link to report my issue with the corresponding article and didn't see a way.

It was working fine an hour later. Might have been a delay in the site updating.

Maybe a caching issue or something to do with the recent daylight savings change... but your post gives me an idea. Thanks for reporting!
