TROUBLE INSTALLING WIN 2000 pro

hi folks i have problem installing win 2000 pro . though i tried installing it from 5 to 6 different cd's i am receiving the same error message

DRIVER_UNLOAD_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_OPERATIONS

this drivers may be at fault partmag.sys

In personal opinion , i hate that OS , unfortunately they i got a lot of training on it. the reason why you are getting that message is because everytime you try to install it you leave behind what i like to call leftover Data , this is one of the many reasons of why i hate this OS , you need a tool do properly format your hard drive.
