I purchased a HP Pavillion a1520n which comes with the Media Center Edition operating system that includes the Realtek HD sound setup.
I can go to yahoo voice chat and hear fine but i can not play files thru the sound mixer. On my old pc that had xp pro, I could go to sound volume, properties, options and under record, select sound mixer. That way the song file would go into the voice chat.
I contacted HP and they had no clue on how to fix it after spending an hour trying. Any one got any suggestions?
