So your saying either get another fan or find a case with more than one fan? Would it really be that much of a difference?

For non gaming computers, one is enough. If you don't overclock, then you are fine. If you are over clicking and using a hyper 212 Evo or the stock cooler and using an open shroud gpu, then you need an intake fan.
