    Hello,

I have a Dell 4700 and do not have very many components installed (just the basics), and I was planning to add an eVGA 7600gt graphics card. However my Dell 4700 Power Supply only has 305w, but has dual 18amp rails (at least I am pretty sure it does, heres the specs: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/dim4700/sm/techov.htm#wp1053452).

Do you think that the card will run ok on this PSU? Also, has anyone here tried what I am describing? Thanks

Probably. It has good amps, but the wattage is a little low.

Maybe a 400W PSU from Antec, FSP Group, Enermax and OCZ will provide a stable and safe operation.
