my friend has given me an unindeifyed card
and i wondering if anyone knows or knows how to figure out who manufactured it and the model

the card has two notches in the connectors along the side

it has four elixir (N2SV12H16FT - 7) which i cant find on their site either.

it's coloured bluey green, a sorta aqua colour

on the back it has a sticker with 64MB ticked, i suppose that means it's a 64 mb card.
the sitcker also has the date at about june 2002

    that's about all there is
if u would like nemore information ill be glad to try and find it.
    thanks

if the card bears an FCC ID (USA only), you can track it using the fcc's website.
