tuner card for "over the air broadcasts"

Hi,
I currently do not have cable or satelite, but my current pci tv tuner doesn't get the greatest reception on over the air brodcasts. Is that a problem with the quality of the antenna or the tuner card? Will other cards maybe preform better or should I get a better antenna?

You need a better antenna or an amplifier. Or place your existing antenna in a better location/direction.
