I've been setting up a Tungsten E2 for someone to sync to their laptop at work using the Hotsync software that came with it. It seems to be working and sync'ing fine, but I get a bunch of "username ID and password 1003" errors in the sync log after I do this.

It doesn't seem right, and it's probably affecting something, and I'd like to fix this. Currently, I've tested the sync by adding Microsoft Office .doc and .xls files to the Palm Desktop software, then sync'ing it to the PDA, where I can see them.
