I downloaded themes from deviantart which also enables you to change Windows orb to whatever suits the theme I download, the thing is, I have UAC turned off and all the security settings off that is required for Windows 7, anyway I tried renaming it, it says 'you need permission from trustedinstaller' to rename it (explorer.exe) is there a way to go around this? I've done registry editing, user group policy, properties and take owner ship (i cant tick full control as admin though???) anyone can help me on this?
