TV out image rolling

    Hi folks. When I got my new PC, I gave my son my old one. It has a Crucial Radeon 9700 video card with TV out. On the Display Properties screen, under Display tab, you can select TV as primary and CRT as secondary and the TV activates as it should, but the image rolls vertically. It used to be connected exactly the same way and was fine, but a HDD crash required a reinstall of XP. After the reinstall is when the rolling began. Latest video drivers have been applied. Any suggestions as to how to control the vertical roll or what might be causing it? Thanks in advance...
