Tv tuner card restarts machine

I have a 3.2 gig p4, 512 megs of ram, and an nvidia geforce fx 5700. My tuner card is an ati tv wonder. After watching tv for a period of time(sometimes 10 minutes, sometimes an hour) the machine just restarts. No error message, no blue screen, just a restart.

ecs makes a low qualiy product.
to get an error message when the thing reboots:
start>control panel>system>advanced>startup and recovery settings
uncheck auto restart.
try removing the card and see how long the machine runs for.

The cpu and video card are both water cooled, the machine rarely gets over 110 F. And the only time it shuts down is when i'm watching tv through the tuner card.
