    Aye, that's quite a good price! Though I really do want to hold out for a proper high quality IPS if I can.

    Monitors like the U2410 with a wider gamut can look worse if you don't have hardware calibration, and they're really aimed at pro photographers who need accurate colour reproduction rather than gamers or normal computer users.

    Even though it has a TN-like price the U2312HM is actually a very good all-round monitor, no ghosting in games and good viewing angles. I got mine when they were £140 something, but that's still a really good price.
