Uknown WHICH Trojan - HJT file

Problem:

Internet is extremely slow and sometimes freezes when I am using another application with it (i.e. Itunes, Microsoft Word, BitTorrent, etc.).

**When I open IE the only thing I get is IE Connecting...and a blank white page with nothing else. Mozilla seems to work just fine unless the above scenario happens.**

What I have done already:

Used = Adaware, Spyware Dr. (found DriveCleaner 2006???) and AVG 7.5.484(Trojan horse Kolweb.D) - not sure if fixed

I have attached my HJT file as KU13s - HJT logfile.txt

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.
