unable to open add or remove program

    After running c cleaner, I am unable to open add or remove program from control panel. I am getting an error 'rundll32 exe.' Please help me to overcome this problem as I wanted to remove unwanted programs which do not have their own uninstall facilities. I tried typing expand X:\i386\rundll32.ex_ c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe in the Open box, where X is the letter of my CD ROM Drive in 'run'. It has not solved the problem. Thanks in advance.

    I have wrongly posted this tread in 'introduce yourself'. It should be in windows os. sorry!
