    NAND I don't care for it worked with in Android Tablets no HDDs all either internal NAND or SDHC all memory. NAND gets corrupted they're goes the OS an everything else. SSD tech just to ditch the HDD still you have to deal with memory storage. Your right about the degrade in memory and performance. Trade-off and you have to keep watching it.
