Unexpected shutdown

  1. Hi, I've got a cloud server that has unexpectedly shutdown twice now in less then a week and I've never had problems with it before. As it is a cloud server I can not remove RAM/ dust it etc.

    After rebooting the server this is the error windows gives me;

    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.
    Locale ID: 1053

    I've attached both minidumps, had to zip them thou as -dmp was not an allowed extension.

    Would appreciate all help I can get on this as these unexpected shutdowns interrupt my services towards customers.

    Hi and thanks for the answer, I got the same answer from another source so I just updated the Citrix driver and hopefully it will work now.
