Unfixable settings???

i changed the brightness settings on my videocard and it went white and i couldnt see anything and i could not see where the cancel button was and i reset my computer thinking that it was in the ram and it would be deleted... it ends up that it didnt work and idk how to reset those settings because i cannot see them. any ideas please post. THANKS!!!!!!!!

thats what i was going to do but i could see stuff and then the white would kick in so i quickly wnet to the nvidia control panel and resetted the settings to default b4 the white kicked in
