I'm still running one of these old beasties but now require to rename a couple of departments and set up several new ones (currently blank). My version is the one with the raised keys, NOT the touch pad.
Anyway, despite having both user manual and programming manual I cannot work out how you do this!
The one method I can decyfer from overly complicated wording is rejected by the till.
