Hi,
I'm having virus troubles with my computer, I visited a website and my symantec antivirus reported a host of viruses and crashed soon after. Upon restart, symantec no longer works, and I cannot install other AV's such as f-secure's. I am unable to run Trend Micro's housecall and I cannot boot into safe mode as it gives me a BSOD everytime I try to run it with the stop code 0x0000007b. I tried fixmbr and fixboot in the Windows XP cd but it did not fix the problem. Please help me!
As such, I am unable to run some of the steps in the preliminary removal instructions.
I cannot run install/run any AV and load housecall,
