Unsuccessful downloading of rar file

Dear techspot members, It will b my grt help if u'll solve my problem. Actually I am dowloading a rar file (stock rom) of 519.26 MB from my reliance smart prepaid internet. But every time as my download reaches upto 450 MB approx, the net is disconnected for a while and automaticly connects again but within dat single sec process my dowload stops and den m unable to cmplete it. I hv tried dis 6 tyms and was unable to success. I am not undrstanding the problem, want help.
