Unusual log file

I have noticed a new folder on all my end user computers (20) lately. it is located at the root of the C:\. The folder is named a1b324f128b19a08e49 and the file located inside of the folder is named msxml4-KB927978.enu.log. Every computer has a differently named folder but the same log file inside. The file was started on the same date for all computers. 11-15-06. Can anyone tell me where this file is from. I looked at the log file and cannot find any relationship to a program. Its to do with Internet explorer. Dont worry about it. Dont delete it. Just ignore it.
