Unusual "Restricted Site!" Warning in FireFox and IE8?

  1. Just lately i have been getting these Restricted Site! for some websites that I visit. Everything was fine until earlier today.

    Message goes like this

    "Restricted Site!

    --------------------------------------…

This web site is restricted based on your security preferences.

    --------------------------------------…

Your system is infected. Please activate your antivirus software.

It happens when I go to websites such as:
    Myspace
    Youtube
    Wikipedia
    Twitter
    Flickr
    Photobucket, etc. Any Help?

Also I had found out that my computer was infected with winupdate.exe. Of course this disabled my task manager. I downloaded Security Task Manager to disable and quarantine it and then I fixed the problem with the task manager being disabled. Now my only problem is this restricted site access. Its annoying me very much. I've been trying for hours to see what was causing that. Doesn't seem to be the Internet Settings on Restricted Sites, I can't change those all the buttons are greyed out. If anyone knows whats up, that would be appreciated.

I think it may have been that. After I told some of my friends that one sent me a link about that. Im just glad it wasn't just me experiencing this.
