unwanted blue IE toolbar/favourites (spyware)

I have an unwanted blue IE toolbar that appears when i open IE (but not all the time) as well I get sometimes random popups (wheter IE is open or not)

Plus I have favorites that I cannot remove, they can't be removed from a right click and delete, or from "organizing favorites" (they just don't appear there)


There is nothing unusual in the "Add/Remove", plus, Norton anitvirus, adawar, and spybot has found nothing!
