Unwanted processes running in my task manager, what to do?

Hey ppl out there.. i need help from u guz.. my task manager has some unwanted processes that initiate on its own when i run internet explorer. Processes are like javaw.exe, !UPDATE.exe, nslookup.exe all together taking about 15,000k of my memory usage.
i tried ending these three processes but as soon as I open my internet explorer, these processes start on their own.. and i am getting these prkcasino pop-ups in between, which are unusual.. and it is weird that these processes start only when i run IE, not with Firefox or opera.

i tried removing them from the "msconfig" startup list, but it automatically seems to put a check mark there..

i can feel my computer speed considerably reducing.. like it starts to freeze in moments..

I have ran a smitfraudfix and spybot, but both of them didnt solve the problem..

You may want to got to THIS page and remove any unwanted Startups. Or specifically the ones you mentioned.

It is also advisable to fully complete all steps in Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions

hey... thanks a lot buddy

by just installing the avg antivirus, it cleaned up all those trojans... now i am not seeing any unwanted processes in my task manager...
however, i m still having a problem with my internet explorer... it wont open on the windows GUI mode... but it will initiate a process running in the background for ieplorer.exe in the task manager... but others like firefox and opera are working fine.....
so please tell me if there is any solution for it...

clean all you temp files (type %temp% in RUN hit enter and you shall get all the temporary files that have been slowing down your system you wont be able to delete all of them but try deleting as many as you can) after thatonce again type REGEDIT in run hit enter now follow exactly as shown HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENT VERSION\EXPLORER\BROWSER HELPER OBJECTS....now delete the browser helper objects folder...a pop up will ask for you assurance go ahead and say OK to that......once you are done foolow this path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENT VERSION\RUN now click on the run folder and to the right you shall see all the applications that run at startup go ahead and delete the once you dont need..make sure you dont delete the run folder..get back 2 me i know it works

Firstly thank-you for your kind words regarding another post.

Now:-

Have you completed all steps of Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions

Where is the Combofix txt log ?
Where is the results of the Panda Antirootkit scan ?
Where is the HijackThis log (as an attachment) ?

All 3 must be in attachment form, not in the body of the post


@ jackall:
If replying to this HJT log, where is the analysis of all things loading ?
Where is the repair of any error using Combofix.exe ?

Also CCleaner was part of the above steps, therefore jackall, %temp% should already be clean.

Although all repair/clean suggestions by you are welcomed, If you provide assistance in this area "malware" removal, be sure to be experienced in their proper removal, otherwise this type of response may take many posts for a user to fix all their issues.
