Upgrade

Hi, I am looking to purchase a new graphics card for my PC and am unsure which way to go.
There is currently a Stealth 64 2001 PCI in in, but this is so outdated im guessing because there are no drivers available for Windows 7. I just want a cheap upgrade that will let me stream videos and run low end games like a N64 emulator. Here are my system specs :
OS= Windows 7 Pro. 32-bit(6.1, Build 7601)
Processor= IntelR PentiumR 4 CPU 3.00GHz (2CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Memory= 2048 RAM
DirectX 11

I think that it was around 2005 when a new faster slot was introduced for graphics cards. It is called PCI-express. Older desktop computers had PCI slots and AGP slots. Hopefully your desktop computer has a PCI-express slot available or your upgrade choices won't be great. You need to check that out before you can make any progress.
