Upgrading my Dell XPS Dimension 600

I am looking to upgrade my dell xps with a new processor. It looks like i can put the following cpu into my system: intel core 2 duo e6700 1066mhz fsb 4mb cache conroe here are the current specs using cpuz (if you need more info, i can provide it):

Sorry, thought the question was obvious... Will the intel core 2 duo e6700 1066mhz fsb 4mb cache conroe CPU work in my system?
