When i turned on my computer it would appear the UPnp Framework message saying it has an error. When i try to stop the service by msconfig it says that i can only do that if i logged on as a administrator. So can anyone help me?

    P.S. reboot=restart right?

    Yes, reboot means restart.

Assuming you have admin rights. Boot into safe mode under the admin account, click start/run and type services.msc into the run box and press the enter key.

Locate the service you want to stop and double click on it. Click stop if it`s running and set the startup type to disable. Click apply/ok and reboot your system.

    Regards Howard :)
