Urgent flash drive problems

Ok i just bought a new imation clip flash drive 512mb, i set it up with the password software and then i decided i didnt want a pasword so i deleted the password software. then i restored it after i found out i couldnt acess half my memroy, so now that i restored it i still can acess my other half of my memory. ANYBODY KNOW WHAT TO DO? PLEASE HELP!
