USB Device Not Reconize - Problem, !

hi,

I'm have a problem. my pc does not recognize my usb. i have tred 3 kind of flash memories but non of them were recognized.Only the USB MOUSE works.

can you help me with this?

Is SP2 installed ?
Do you have all the Motherboard drivers installed
USB flash devices usually do not need drivers in Xp (well mostly)

Yes, SP2 is installed
I guess I do, there is no driver missing
No they dont. it has worked a few days a go.

OK here's a few more !

Go back to Device Manager
Click on "View" (in the toolbar) then "Show Hidden Devices"
Remove all the queried devices (ie clean them all out)

Remove your USB flash drive

Restart

Insert your flash drive
