My Mobo is

Board: MICRO-STAR INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD MS-7097 REV:2.A
Bus Clock: 200 megahertz
BIOS: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 08/14/2006

and while i was connecting a new fan inside my case i unplugged 2 USB connections from my mobo and i`m not an expert to know how to plug them back and make them work , each wire has "usb1" "ground 1" and "usb2" "ground2" so what shall i do ?

Sorry for my English :)

Look at the schematics online at the MSI site, or their online manual. You are not likely to do any damage attempting a fix. Otherwise, just spend some time with a magnifying glass to inspect all the possible pins on the board for labels that will identify them.

easy fix.

yellow and green are data

red and black are positive and negative for power

You plug in your red to positive
plug in the black to ground

yellow or white is usually data (negative)
and green is usually data positive

if you see a number next to it -this simply means the usb port

so a sample pin out would be for USB port 1
Red
yellow1 (white) data-
green1 data +
black (ground)

for port two it would be the same
red
yellow2 -
green2 +
black
