USB port stop working - Aarrgghhhh!

For no reason, all 3 usb ports on a Medion (wim2030) laptop have stopped working. I have; 1. uninstalled and re-installed hardware 2. updated bios 2.Updated usb drivers 3.Re-installed XP SP2....

That almost leaves it to a hardware failure. Have you tried contacting the manufacturer? That'd be my next step.
