USB Portrs Lost Connection Whilst Giving the Power

Hello all!
I have windows 7 and recently my USB ports on the back of PC started switching off almost one by one (6 in total). Any device that I plug in is not recognised by windows (no connection is possible) and yet the devices light up and look like they are actually connected normally (the power is supplied to them as I can still charge my devices). I also have 2 USB sockets up front and they work normally.

And when I say not recognised by windows I mean:
-No sound when I plug in something
-No drivers are trying to be installed.
-Devices physically not working (like mouse, keyboard, USB headphones).
-When I try to install drivers manually from a file it says "device can not be found please plug it in"

So far I have tried:

1. Restarting PC
2. Uninstalling USB from Device Manager
3. Updating USB Drivers in Device Manager
4. Disabling in Device Manager
5. Allow computer to turn this device off to save power (unticked)
6. Scan for hardware changes in Device Manager

Any suggestions?
