A little while after installing a program, the laptop just turned off on its own. I turned it on again but discovered that all the four USB ports don't read the device I plug in. I tried updaitng the drivers. didn't work. I reinstalled windows xp (not reormatted the hard disk). Didn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I can't attach my USB optical mouse, PDA, Printer, etc.
