Used Norton removal tool. Now keep getting error message

    I used a Norton removal tool but now I get a message on start up which says:
    "The program was not able to load [CLSID_DOMDOCUMENT40] correctly please restart. if problem persists, uninstall and re-install the program." I have searched for this program and re started many times but it always pops up at start up. can anyone help me. The Norton removal tool was a tool to remove all norton programmes from my system. Nothing else.
