User can't logon to domain from any PC

  1. Archangel66 Newcomer, in training

    W2k Domain using AD and Citrix MetaframeXP.

    User cannot logon to the domain from his or any other PC, however, user can logon to the domain from a Citrix client.

    I've deleted his local profile stored on his laptop as my last step. But this still has no effect.

    At my wits end....
