Using Bit Tornado to view mkv files

I'm not very familiar with torrent, mkv file, etc, but I'm trying to download a video with mkv format with the Bit Tornado program.

My situation is, there are 2 sections, one for "Download" and one for "Upload". The "Download" section is 695.20MiB/695.20MiB "COMPLETE", but as soon as that was done, I suspected I would be able to view my file. However, the "Upload" section was starting to count up from 1 to 695.20MiB now :dead:.

My question is, for the Bit Tornado program, do both the "Download" and "Upload" sections have to be complete before I can view the video mkv file?

    Welcome to TechSpot

No, you just need a media player with Matroska support, for example Media Player Classic or VLC.
