Using Symantect PcAnywhere without host running.

hello, as stated in a previous thread, I need to remote access some very important files on my pc. I don't actually know the IP adress, but naturally I have the phone number, adress and the email adress associated with the PC.

I downloaded Symantect PCAnywhere which I've heard good things about, but as the host computer isnt running the program, but it is on, and logged on,its quite difficult. Can anyone with some experience with pcanywhere help me find the IP adress, and get it working. I can't call my service provider as theyre currently closed, and its too important to wait.
