Utilities available in LINUX

I woould like to know which are the Utilities available in LINUX for creating WEB SERVER

can any one guide me asap.

The web server of choice for Linux is Apache. It comes with every Linux distribution.

Your favourite app for setting it up should be a text editor. If you want pretty point and click interface, then install a thing called Webmin.
