Utility for testing monitor???

I have a KDS Extreme 19" thats only a few months old. Its started to flicker or shimmer at the outer edges. Is there some kind of program for testing a monitor? I really dont feel like swapping video cards.

Never mind. It looks like my trusty Radeon 8500 was the culprit. A shiny new 9800 has solved the problem.
