Utility to shutdown windows if cpu fan dies

Hi,
I'm running Windows XP SP2.

I'm looking for a software utility (like SpeedFan) which will monitor the CPU fan speed and issue a shutdown to Windows if the fan speed drops to zero (or some other pre-determined non-safe RPM). I don't have a CPU temperature sensor so I can't use software that monitors that sensor.

Anybody know of such a utility?

Windows will shut down everything by itself most of the time. If speed fan can detect it, Windows can detect it. I wouldn't want to get into the position of trusting a utility for something like that when SpeedFan is already such a problem.
