Very slow loading of Wacom Driver

    Hi,
    When I boot up my computer, there seems to be a problem with my Wacom board driver loading up immediately. It takes about 2-5 minutes to "catch up" with the rest of the apps/drivers. See I don't use the mouse, I use a Wacom board to navigate and not having it immediately accessible kinda sucks.
    I also noticed our internet connect icon does the same thing. It'll pop up several minutes after I selected it. This only happens right after startup. Otherwise everything runs real good.
    This is a brand new 2.8ghz computer 512ram, P4 which I just formatted with XP Pro.
    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
