Very Stupid BIOS mistake!!!

I made a very stupid mistake..I went into my BIOS and disabled shared memory..It doesnt sound so bad but the fact that Im using my onboard vga makes it VERY bad..I dont have a graphics card installed so when I turn on the PC theres no display.....How do i fix this?? is there a way to reset the BIOS physically?

Yeh u can reset the bios by changing the jump settings to clear, take the battery out on the motherboard leave for 30 sec, then change back over replace batt and done

yes we all make mistakes well now you no
anyway its a laptop right just unlug the power and remove the battery
turn the power button on .
There you have just reset your bios
