I recently installed a Radeon 9250 256MB PCI video card on my computer. I installed the drivers and everything and updated them. I went to BIOS and set it to use the PCI on boot up. That worked fine the boot up part. I was able to see stuff on my monitor. When it got to the windows screen, the mon. turned blank. I plugged it back into the integrated video card and saw an error message. ATI configuration(I think...something to do with ATI) was not able to start becuase there are no drivers installed or the device is not working properly. I dunno if I have to disable the onboard video. I tried that in BIOS but no option for it. I want to try in device manager to disable it but I am worried that even if I do and the card does not work, how can I re enable the onboard card if the new card doesn't work? I wanna know just in case.
