Video card not working

I recently had to replace my motherboard and now that it is installed I am having problems with my graphics card. Games run about 1/3rd the speed and my video is choppy. The motherboard is a Biostar P4M80-M4 and the graphics card is an ATI Raedon 9600. My old motherboard was an Intel 865PE Pro 2. Theres a good possiblity that something is installed wrong considering my sound also doesn't work now. The hard drive is the same so I assume all the drivers are still there. I'm about to scrap this computer for parts out of frustration so any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have lost your sound as well it could be a corrution somewhere. I would reinstall your motherboard chipset driver...reboot...then reinstall your audio and soundcard drivers...have you updated the drivers? I presume you are running xp?

Your mobo chipset driver:

http://www.biostar.com.tw/support/driver/model.php3?name=P4M80-M4

Your graphics driver:

http://ati.de/support/drivers/xp/radeonx-xp.html

Your onboard sound is also located with the chipset driver page

Make sure you install the chipset 1st and reboot...then reinstall the other drivers!
