Video Card Problem

My problem with my Nvidia GeForce 7300GT (256MB agp) is that when I set my color to 32bit my 2D speed slows down to 46MP/sec. This card should perform alot better than that. I'm running an MSI PM8M-V Motherboard and all of my drivers are right up to date. Bios has been flashed etc. Any suggestions?

Is that 46 Megapixels per second? If so that's not too bad. That's about 85hz at 2560x1600. Theres really nothing wrong with that speed.

The AGP Slot is set at 8X. As far as 46 Megapixels per second is concerned, it should beat about 146 Megapixels per second. I experience very slow transitions when I'm scrolling in IE and opening and closing windows. It takes about 2 seconds for the windows to close from the top down. Shouldn't do that at all. Running a BenQ FP91G+ LCD Monitor, 250 GB SATA HD, but and older P4 2.4 GHz processer, 350 Watt PS. My ATI Radeon 9800 pro card out performed this by a mile... in the 400 Megapixels per second range.
