I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem I'm having with a video card I just bought.
The problem is when booting my computer after installing the video card to the motherboard, when I did it, I tried to start up the computer so I could install the drivers for the card, the problem is when I do this the computer screen won't load past the ASUS startup screen. (Where you TAB to enter the Bios and whatnot) I have an ASUS A7V-600X motherboard with a RADEON 9600 SE AGP Video Card (128MB-32bit-AGP) which I'm using at the moment, the card I wanted to install is a Powercolour RADEON 9600 Pro (256MB-128bit-AGP 8x) My OS is Windows XP SP2.
I thought it might be the power supply since the keyboard and mouse aren't recognised when I insert the video card either, but are recognised with my old VC. But it says I need a 300W, I have a 230V power supply (I dunno how much W's that is)
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
