Im confused about what causes frame overlap(when you start to see clear lines in textures because your graphics card puts out more frames than refresh rate limit on your monitor). I've been getting this wierd graphical problem and have tried things like v-sync, but i just cant seem to get rid of all these extra textures. Whats even more wierd is the fact that my framerate rarely exceeds my monitor's refresh rate, so i am not suppossed to be seeing these clear lines. Does anyone have any ideas as to how i can fix this?
