Video issues

  1. Dr Rosenrosen Newcomer, in training

    Hi there-
    When trying to stream (and basically just watch) some video via windows media player, the video is visually all messed up. It's mostly purples, blues, and reds. I have tried to reinstall windows media player, but for some reason I think it may be a monitor setting.

    Anybody have any suggestions?

    Does it happen with all videos?

    It could be a codec issue. (Easy way to test is to try using VLC media player instead.) (Re-)install the latest version(s) of the suitable codec(s).
