Video Lag

So my computer is EPICly fast, on every game and on EVERYTHING else, I have good CPU, good graphics card, but my problem is simple. Videos are EXTREMELY buggy, its like 100 fps at one time, and then it just like feezes for 1 second then goes back to fast quality. I do not experience ANY buffering either. My bandwith speed is 35. MB/s
